From Our Kitchen to Yours
SweetCrumb started as a small farmer's market stand by two bakers obsessed with the science of wild yeast. Fast forward 8 years, and we now operate a full neighborhood bakery.
Our philosophy is simple: we do not use commercial yeast in any of our breads. Everything is naturally leavened, requiring up to 36 hours of careful fermentation. This breaks down gluten naturally and provides that signature tangy flavor profile.
